DR. WEBER:  Owen, I was just curious as one of the newer members of the board, as to Carl Olsen’s submission and comment, I wasn’t clear why that wasn’t done.  Where are we with that?

OWEN PARKER:  Sure, certainly a complex matter Dr. Weber.  There’s a lot of people that need to be involved in making sure that’s handled in a way that’s fine with everybody.  I can tell you we are in discussions with the governor’s office on the best way to handle the scenario overall.  We certainly haven’t forgotten about it, by any means.  I will, as those conversations evolve, I will update the board.  But it is, again, it’s something that we talk about and there will be a more formal update on that, if that’s okay.
