Notes on HSB 132- This bill makes Iowa Code Chapter 124D (the “Medical Cannabidiol Act”) permanent (the current chapter expires at the end of June 2017)
- The bill provides for the production of cannabis in Iowa to make cannabidiol
- The University of Iowa medical school can recommend additional conditions which cannabidiol can be used to treat
